Our
callout charges work on two main principles and can usually
be worked out very simply.
Standard
call out fees:
Between
the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday our Callout rate is
£45 per hour +VAT including travelling time
At all other times our call out rate is £65 per
hour +VAT including travelling time
All
work is fully insured and carried out by a Bebbgee Systems
Qualified Technician.
For
telephone work our standard fee is £65 to diagnose
and repair a fault (plus parts) if it is your responsibility
or £45 to diagnose a fault to prove that it is your
providers responsibilty to correct it. This is far cheaper
than calling BT as their callout fee is £65 plus
£65 per hour onsite meaning the first hour will
cost you £130 + VAT if the fault is found to be
in your premises.
